Laifaxin Official Announcements

Emails bouncing, or failing to send? Read this first.

Starting 2026-09-12, the Laifaxin system channel (premium channel) follows two new rules: it does not deliver to mainland-China mailboxes, and it does not deliver Chinese-language emails. This is not aimed at any individual user — it is a platform-wide change to support anti-fraud compliance and protect the shared sending channel. It is effective immediately.

The three-sentence version

🔴 The system channel no longer delivers to mainland-China mailboxes (QQ / 163, etc.) or Chinese-language emails — effective immediately;

🟢 Your own mailbox is unaffected — you can still bind QQ / 163 for receiving and replying;

🛡️ Fraud and grey-market content: suspension or closure of the account, and referral to law enforcement.
